The absolute worst company to deal with. Dishonest and ***********. Bought a vehicle at Midstream branch and took possession around 13 May 2024. The agreement is that refunds will take 3 to 5 days and licensing and registration 21 days. The holding deposit refund took about 30 days after numerous calls and messages. The licensing and registration are still not done after almost 90 days. They took so long that the roadworthy certificate expired and it had to be redone by myself. The license had expired in this time and they issued a single permit and assured me the registration will be done before the permit expires. This did not happen. They did not issue another permit, although being made aware of this. They do not answer calls, they do not answer messages, they do not come back to you. Extras were added to the transaction after I clearly stated that I do not want it. The finance application had to be redone due to this. The vehicle had seat covers fitted and they removed it stating that it was in poor condition- although it was in very good condition. They agreed to refund the seat covers and roadworthy cost, although I have submitted quotes and invoices for this, it is still outstanding. I tried following the route through their complaint department. They acknowledged the receipt of the complaint and did not take it further. I'm paying instalments on a vehicle that I cannot use due to these outstanding issues. Stay away from we buy cars.
9 days for a parcel from Pretoria to Lephalale and still not arrived. The Polokwane depot is not answering their phone anymore. How is this possible?
I bought a new Venter Bushbaby mid November 2015 from the above mentioned dealer. Before collection I was assured by the dealer principal that all the paperwork is in order, the number plates are sorted and the trailer was ready for collection.

When arriving at the dealer none off the paperwork have been done and no number plates have been made. I was then told by the dealer principal that they do not handle this outside of gauteng (although he was aware that I am from outside of gauteng beforehand and letting me pay a registration fee of +-R2000). I disagreed with him and he made some \phone calls\" and told me I was right he should of done it.

The next excuse was that the registration departments are striking, but he will have it sorted within that week. The he said he will give me a permit for the trailer, but just before leaving the dealership he asked me to pay for it. Then he promised me that he will reimburse me for the inconvenience caused by paying R800 into may account. This has not happened..

Since then I have only heard excuses of why my trailer cannot be registered. I have a trailer that I cannot use on public roads because the dealer failed to honor our agreement."
