Tonight a group of friends and I visited the iconic Damhuis. I, after eating a delicious pasta, and half my desert, was accosted verbally by an extremely aggressive and intimidating staff member called Moses! Me being an English white lady of slender build, felt utterly enraged. He continued ranting and raving loudly and aggressively, questioning why I had not finished my creme brulee, due to being full. I am utterly disgusted at the manner in which I was spoken to, it was absolute verbal abuse. He also stated verbally attacking other friends at my table which are younger than me. I stood up and asked him to leave us alone. He persisted with his aggressive tone, even stepping towards me. At this point I put my hand on his back asking him to leave our table, he refused and continued his attack. I am horrified! I expect him to be fired! He does not deserve to work at such a high end establishment. Maybe he should consider becoming a bouncer at a better suited low grade venue.
What a disgrace. Seems like a south African company with high quality products. Bought shoes, utter **** straight from China. R1699.00 for the worst quality shoes. And in the wrong size! This is a ****!!!!
Bought an e-sim in September, still does not work, no talk of credit or fixing, just received 2 more invoices for e-sims which I had already paid for. Also, bought a alcatel router with data contract, alcatel router never worked. Currently using sim in another brand working perfectly, but router I am paying off has gone in for service?????? It was brand new???????
Tried to book a ticket, card charged twice and no confirmation. now, it has been "escalated" but my money still held x 2 and no ticket. Not acceptable.
I had the misfortune of having to visit the Samsung Store Tygervalley (WHICH, by the way is just a branded store, actually got nothing to do with Samsung). Met the most revolting staff, no welcome, shitty service, disgusting attitude, not interested in helping at all. Right from the two people that attended to us walking in the door - with no hello, how may we help you etc. just rude and unhelpful. Right to the technician, useless. The store manager, shame is the only poor person trying to assist. Then a rude bombastic arrogant man butts into the conversation - chirps us, then proceeds to say he is the owner of the store.
