It's the third time that my delivery as is can't be done very disappointed!!!!!!
I just want to say thank you for there good customer service and sorting out my query sufficiently.
I am so mad. My dentures come from my savings but I needs a author number, for what?? I'm paying it myself!!! This s getting ridiculous!! I always said they a good medical aid but I'm starting to doubt it.....
I have made a complaint and still no reply only we will investigate it!! Still waiting for a outcome after nearly a month?? Really this is the service you provide and want people to join?? I recommend a lot of people to you but looks like I made a mistake!
I am really upset!! My account has been debited four different contributions. What the hell is going on there I'm going to take this further as the amount that was confirmed to me was taken off only February and January was high and now the last two months it keeps increasing!!

Their customer service when inquiring about the incorrect billing which I already paid is not good at all when I inquired about it at the reception they said it's right. She didn't see that a tip was added afterwards.

Please explain to me how can Bonitas pay for dentures on a lower plan than mine??? They used to pay but that was removed from the plan! I don't have a child that needs to be under but they will pay for that!!!
