We placed an order of 141 NIKE RWC 2023 SPRINGBOK FAN AWAY JERSEY on the Official Springboks Online Store/ Signet Licensing which can be found on their website www.sarugbyshop.co.za only to get 132 jerseys delivered to us. We contacted ACT Logistics which is their 3rd party service provider for their local shipping/delivery and informed them that 1 out of the 2 boxes was tampered with and that the security sealing tape was broken, had a hole and that there are 9 jerseys ******. We had failed to reach Signet Licensing via WhatsApp and telephonically. Hence, we reached out to ACT Logistics to report the case. Signet Licensing rep, Head of Retail, confirmed days later that "...In addition, when the boxes were collected- they were not damaged. I have also seen the footage from the courier that verifies this. The images sent from your end show tampered boxes, which is highly concerning..." and later offers a 10% discount. ACT Logistics GM's response to us "...As a gesture of good faith, we are happy to ship the replacement stock at no cost." but who said we need them to ship the replacement stock at no stock? Be aware of how both Signet Licensing and ACT Logistics treat and "value" their customers. We were very disappointed when we discovered that nine of our jerseys were missing and none came to accept that they were indeed ******. We would like to request a refund for these ****** items as soon as possible.

This is NOT my first review of Venkam Properties at Mikkadesh complex. This is a humble request to all the buyers, young couples, retirees, people buying for investment, I would never recommend anyone to move into a property managed by Venkam Properties, I wish someone should or could have warned me prior and said DO NOT buy a property from GLOBAL PLATINUM or managed by VENKAM PROPERTIES. You will only regret the decision as I am painfully regretting right now. There are numerous issues in the complex. Right from the walls cracking from one corner to the next, from the roof to the ground, to gross negligence from the management who seldomly respond to emails. Firstly let us talk about walls cracking every split second to date, since the day the unit was bought. No one has attended to the cracks, fixed it... well I will NOT be surprised if VENKAM PROPERTIES personnel says to me "we are not GLOBAL PLATINUM, the developers" wow!!! Good excuse in their books to date, I tell you. By the FYI these are NOT small/ think cracks, these are large, jagged/diagonal cracks which could indicate a structural problem, water penetration, or excessive roof movement in a NEW APARTMENT. I wonder if PHASE 1 home owners have experienced such problems. Sectional title life in South Africa has definite cost and security advantages, but also major “pain points” as regards to financial risks and personal frustrations – which is something I cannot discuss with any of the trustees, because of another issue which they not handled accordingly but will also not fault them as they are not employees of VENKAM PROPERTIES. All I am saying to date the developers or VENKAM PROPERTIES have done a diagnosis of the cause of seriousness of defects of the cracks, the roof covering and waterproofing. My biggest worry is that property values decline and frustrations grow as defects on property multiplies. To think one had to deal with the frustrations of the developers NOT being compliant when it comes to the conditions of the hot water geyser, we had DRAMA for days which will cost owners a lot of money.
