<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">i bought my decoder last month and it got installed. so i called multichioce for connection. everything went well until after 5 days i got disconnected with an E16 error massage. then i called in again to find out what the problem is, the guy from multichioce told me that i have 2 accounts, and one of them isnt paid for hance the disconnection! i ddnt understand why i had 2 accounts but anyway they promised to fix this. at month end i get an sms indicating i need to pay R549(for a compact account). i called in again to find out what the problem was, i was told again that i had two accounts! and i now need to pay extra for reconnection. i explained to the guy about the previous incident were i was told the other account would be removed, this guy reassures me that he will do smethin about my problem. he then said he will reverse all other charges because i dnt know about an additional account! i then paid R345(monthly compact subscribtion). ive been getting diconnected every 5 days eversince this month started, i cant take this bull anymore. if they cant fix this problem they should just inform me. i wasnt forced to take their service, there are other alternatives and im more than happy to explore them! </span></p>
