I wrote a review last week 2/09/19 about an upgrade done with my iD without my knowledge. Also with faked signatures and initials and fake photo of ID. Vodacom promised to investigate the matter , I get different people calling me everyday from Vodacom asking me what happened ?? Yesterday a got a call from a guy from vodacom asking me if I was aware that the same number am fighting for the fradualent activities in South Gate , someone in colesberg tried to do the same and they cancelled it . But the guy is not telling me about the first fraudulent activities I have reported . No updates nothing ...The other lady called me today telling me the have cancelled the colesberg upgrade ... I told her my matter is with regards to South Gate and all other upgrades done with my ID must be cancelled ... Vodacom I want you to finalize the case before my debit order runs on Friday . I didn’t plan for 900 to be deducted , my contract with vodacom is worth 429 not 900 .... at least update me of what is happening wha should happen ...
On the 01 September 2019. I switched on my wi-fi cause I knew that new data was loaded since it was depleted last month . To my surprise when I checked the data loaded , I saw information which I was not familiar with . The app on my phone showed me the Wi-Fi SIM card is being used on a Samsung S10 plus and the contract plan has changed from 30 gig day and 30. Gig night to a 175 air time and 10 gig data . I took it light since it was Sunday and there was nothing I can do . Monday I went to Vodacom Matlosana mall , told them my story when they check they told me a consultant named Lehlogonolo from South Gate Vodacom 4u shop dealer number 21582 had upgraded a contract of my Wi-Fi to someone using my ID copy which does not have my picture . The picture on the if copy used is of a man . And my name is matshupa Rebeca Modisakeng , my name says it all am a woman I live in Mafikeng I don’t know where is South Gate Vodacom shop . The contract has been upgraded from R429 on the 26 August 2019 to R905. The contract was initialized with RM which is not my initials and they faked my signature . Am very distraught as my writing this . I cancelled South Gate I talked to a lady called Rori and she told me there was nothing she can do I should call fraud dispute line ....Matlosana mall shop advised me to go to police station to do affidavit, with my 3 signature and copy of I’d to be sent to fraud disputes and they had also assisted in lodging the dispute for me . The Warrant officer Behr was very helpful but she told me to go back to vodacom to request my first contraction signed with them , they can only open a case of fraud and give me a copy of statement not affidavit . So tomorrow is another day for me to to request a copy of the contract I signed in January 2018... am hoping to get the first contract that I have signed in January 2018 . Ref EC-1REE-3OTQIT I need vodacom to freeze the contract account until it’s resolved and only debit the 429 which I know , I owe them and letlhogonolo the consult can pay for the difference. I will not pay 905 I will reverse the debit order until the problem is solved . Vodacom to cancel the contract that I signed I will pay for the penalty fee . I don’t have any anything to do with a company that put my interest at risk . I trusted vodacom with my personal details

My dream car which I made sure I wanted to drive it .While I was still enjoying n priding with my new ride from the box just the way I have dreamed about it,in hardly a yr it started to give me problems.I got stack next a major road having,my plans were derailed.I got frustrated but my insurance got to my rescue n towed the car.i was not angry cause I loved this car so much I protected the brand whenever I was asked what was wrong with my car.here is my sad story <br> 1.My car got stack on the 26 June 2014,written that it needs a coolant, I was so surprised cause in my previous cars my new cars which were less than 30000km had never wanted me to put on a coolant .l gave it a grace n Chance n started trusting in the brand.Like seriously a new car.not serviced yet LESS THAN A YR OLD CAR <br> 2.But now am stack again n this time after my car was serviced on the 22December 2015 I got stack on the 13 January 2015.The car says train mode or something,it was Hd no power,new car stack 2 in less dan 2yrs. #lostloveofit
I went to dion wire shop in Rustenburg on the 18/10/15 to buy a tv. I specifically needed 3D , smart tv . I was assisted by Tshogi who assured me that she is selling me a 60\ 3D smart tv with R13000 for me it was a bargain since I have travelled more than 200 km to buy a tv . Before I even paid for the tv I have asked her twice are u sure the tv is 3D smart she said yes
