Ordered something from netflorist and to be delivered by RAM. The day delivery was to be done the driver phoned but i missed the call and called back the driver 20min later as where he dropped the phone in my ears more than once. On the app i reacheduled delivery after i phoned customer service same day of delivery, still waiting for her to come back to me. The app shows delivery to be the next day, i phoned customer service again the next day and Lebogang said they can only deliver now tomorrow, another day later than original date. I asked to find out the time as i am leaving town, just said they cant confirm. I told her but the driver failed to phone me back to arrange sameday before leaving but did not answered so how can we correct this, she said there is nothing to be done she can also not ask the driver a time. This is very pathetic service and attitute given back. How do one plan a day if they cant tell you the exact or close estimated time and even their app is wrong as the dates contridicts what Lebogang said. You cant wait from 8h00 to 17h00 for a delivery when you are also at work. Clearly they dont care about their clients needs, just another job. I did mention to both of them that i am leaving town tomorrow.
Ordered tshirts 2 weeks ago but items not delivered as yet. Saw many clients that ordered also asking since March. Prev ordered from them and got the shirts now no tesponce or update on order. Another ****?
Defno ****mers! Dont buy products. Ordered 13 January 25 and paid untill now no delivery. Various emails send, here and there a reply playing for time. False advertising. *****ing money from people.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES! NO DELIVERY OF PAID PRODUCTS. Excuses all day long.
Worst ever experience, most unprofessional company! Waiting for delivery since Aug, they delete your complaints on their fb page, they tell you stories regarding your order delivery, they are not serious about their service delivery to clients at all. They use excuses like loadshedding, wifi, stolen telephones and failed courier delivery companies not to meet the agreement. This orders became real burdens, if you dont follow up you dont get any feedback on progresses. I showed them all the complaints from hello peter to get a reply from them stating hello peter duplicated the complaints? Just another poor excuse..patetic to say the least.
