I have bought a pair of wedges online on the 07/11/2025. Yesterday was the 2nd time wearing it and noticed the glue coming loose at the side. Im really disappointed in the manufacturering and quality of this sandal and would like to return it as im afraid that if it breaks once it will keep on breaking. I also dont want another pair as a new pair will eventually also start breaking after worn twice... I would like a refund.
I have upgraded my contract in Feb 2025 with a Lenovo laptop. The laptop's display screen doesn't want to go on although the laptop is fully charged. I have called the vodacom stores here in George only to be told that I have to contact Lenovo myself. Which were a inconvenience to me as I used up a lot of airtime. Eventually I got through to Lenovo only to find out that the nearest repair shop is in Cape Town and the courier fees will be R570. Also they mentioned that the warranty will expire within 3 months which is also ridiculous as laptops normally have at least a 1 year warranty. I'm really disappointed with the after sale service i have received from vodacom. I never experienced such problems with Cell C. My contract is with Vodacom and I expect Vodacom (my service provider) should be more helpful in this regard because the service received so far is pathetic.

As a loyal Red VIP customer I have had the most terrible experience with my online upgrade. I have upgraded online last week Friday and realized I have chosen the wrong package. I have called in early Saturday morning requesting vodacom to cancel or reverse the upgrade. I was told that the after sales department was closed but the agent will sent an email to advice them of the cancelation.Just to be on the safe side, I've called again on Monday and was told that it would be escalated to the department again. And that it would take 24hrs to 48hrs to be canceled. On Tuesday I have received an email advising that me of the order that is prepared and I emailed back advising that I have requested for an reversal and would go to my local branch. I have received no response, nobody from vodacom even called to advise on the process.So I called on Tuesday and Wednesday and was advised that it's been escalated and will be cancelled before the order leave for George. Yesterday afternoon RAM came and delivered the package that I on several times requested to be cancelled. It was after hours so I couldn't phone vodacom to ask what needs to be done with the package. So I have signed for it and 1st thing this morning I have called vodacom advising them of the situation and that the box is still sealed only for the agent to give me attitude. The more I explained the situation she didn't want to listen to my predicament . After a long debate she advised that she arranged for collection of the sealed item and that it will be returned to the warehouse. Once returned only then it can be canceled. And the worst part is that she advised that I will only be able to do a upgrade again in January 2024 which is ridiculous as I need a phone because my old one packed up. I am really really dissatisfied with this whole process and not even once did some one from the upgrades department called me to confirm my order and package that I ve chosen, if they did then we would've sorted out the problem from the get go...
I have vehicle insurance with Naked for almost 2 years and within that time whenever I had requested roadside assistance, they only a call away. Naked will never leave you stranded. To amaze me even more is with my home contents insurance, my daughter's cellphone fell out of her bag and cracked which resulted in the phone not working. I have logged a claim about a week ago and it was finalized within a 4days! THAT IS JUST THE MOST GREATEST INSURANCE EXPERIENCE I HAD! Everything gets done paperless, no worries further. I have already refered friends and colleagues to this great company! 10 of 10 for Naked Insurance!
I have bought this product in March and started using it. After 3 weeks i still did not see any change and email Cheetathin stating that im not satisfied with the product. I have received a reply stating that i should use it till month end. Well i did that and still no change. In the meantime I have sent 2 emails requesting my refund as per their 30 day refund policy and till today still no answer.
As a loyal client for 8 years im very upset because for the past 2 weeks the same episodes on Glow Tv is showing every day. What is going on? Also why does the same Novela series play over and over again? I really cant understand what is going on with Star Sat. Awaiting your speedy reply
