The site has issues every single day and it’s clear that when you are on a winning streak, the website’s algorithm kicks you out and once you go back in, you lose everything. Today, I had spent a considerable amount of money leading up to a big payout. The site then kicked me out continuously just before that payout was made. Once I eventually logged back into the game, all the money I had invested into the pot had vanished and it indicated that I needed to start again The customer service team seems young and inexperienced. An AI bot would do a better job. Instead, I have gotten absolutely no valuable help and the response time is pathetic. I’ve spent close to an hour trying to resolve this and all I have received is 4 measly and unhelpful messages
I recently experienced an issue with a carton of almond milk. I sent a complaint through to the team at Buttanut and I’d like to commend them on their extremely swift response and action taken. They you. You’re customer centric approach is very refreshing and appreciated
Ebucks travel is a ****! I’ve just been on multiple airline websites trying to book a flight and I realise that booking directly with the airline is cheaper than booking through FNB ebucks travel, even though I qualify for a 40% discount on ebucks travel False advertising and definitely should be cause for legal action considering how many customers have fallen victim to these lies
I’ve never had a good flight with Kenya airways and I take at least 2 flights with them every 2 months Delayed baggage Lost bagge Delayed flights…. By between 3 - 18 hours!!!! None of their ground staff is polite They are becoming the biggest joke on the continent Whatever you do, avoid if you have a layover somewhere with a Kenya airways flight… you’re sure to be disappointed and all inconveniences will be at your own cost Ethiopian Airlines is such a great alternative with much more reliable and friendly service team!
Special shout out to TP Zulu at the OR Tambo International Arrivals line What a superstar… I travel every Month and without fail, he always greets with the most contagious energy and smile He also went over and beyond by trying to assist me in getting my phone back which I’d left on the plane Thank you, Mr. Zulu… you’re awesome!
Customer service is becoming HORRIBLE! Submitted a card dispute on 3 May, have done 5 follow ups via email and through the chat with absolutely no response. Phoned in and the call was answered by a child after waiting all that time!!! It was never this bad, but also why is there no serious feedback on a fraud dispute when 1. it could be affecting so many other people, too and 2. when we need the money the most due to tough times!!!
