There were a rotten Tomato slice on my burger, not cool at all....
I am currently having the worst customer experience with old mutual in terms of their service to get a payout on an AR, it has been more than 21 days as they claim it takes 21 days turn around time to finalise a claim. I expected world class service from a business giant like Old Mutual, but this is not the case, their call centre agents are unprofessional and not very helpful, you will be lucky if they cut your call after they cant even read from their screens what the status of your claim is? I dealt with Pearle Nkopo and she keeps on making promises and dont deliver? Can someone in Old Mutual please tell us what we need to do get proper service, because this frankly disgusting and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I will never recommend anyone to make investments or try any of their products anymore.
Signature Motors provides excellent service and guaranteed quality vehicles, recently obtained a family vehicle through them and were helped by a gentlemen by the name of Simba. He was very informative of all the vehicles on the floor and could advise what is best suited for my needs. I am very happy with the service I received and would advise my family and friends to go make a turn there for really good quality vehicles and quality staff that will be your side all the way. My wife had some plastic thing or hair thing among her popcorn and ended up in her mouth because it is normally dark in the cinema, complained with Management, his name is Luvern or something, afterwards. He was unfriendly and just offered another popcorn. Really, who wants another popcorn when that happened to you? We said if he want to offer something, maybe something else yes, but walked away. This happened at Greenstone Mall in Edenvale, we definitely not supporting them anymore. Sies man!
I normally take my wife every year there for Valentine's day and kids. This year, things ain't right. First impressions last they say, carpets were dirty and food and hings were laying on the carpet, as if they never vacuums. Our food were served fast, but kiddies chicken nuggets hard as rock and using too much crumbs, burger was soggy and burger sauce not nice and black like tar? My wife's seafood was a disgrace and chicken bleu is more like melted cheap cheese overflow? Manager was very apologetic over everything, but left us with a bad memory of the once beautiful and very worth every cent food...we will not return next year.
