I was on a Telkom Mobile LTE 2 year contract. After the 2 years I continued month to month. I cancelled the month to month on the 15th May and it was confirmed that Telkom will bill me pro rata for that month. Telkom continued to deduct the full amount. I phoned and mailed Telkom on the 1st of April and it was confirmed that the money will be paid into my account before the end of the month. I still haven't received the money TELKOM STOLE OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!! The next month I received an invoice stating that Telkom owns me the money. The line item read "Over Payment Refund" which is completely incorrect as I didn't overpay them, THEY STOLE THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!! I phoned continually over the past two months to no avail. The latest phone call was on 10 May to Tshepo Mochwari who assured me the issued has been escalated and I will receive the money promptly. I still haven't received the money Telkom stole out of my account. This is absolute criminal behaviour!!!
