I bought a new bakkie late in May. I informed Cartrack about this. They promised to remove the tracking device from the old bakkie to install in the new one. It is now November and this has not happened yet. After numerous calls and emails AND them deducting the full amount every month. The customer service is terrible. Every time I contact them they make the same empty promises. I am at the point where I want to cancel my subscription and move on to a new company. I am not even sure whether the old bakkie is still there and has not been sold yet. I am not happy at all.
My Toyota Hilux bakkie was in for repairs. It was there for at least a week. Upon receiving my bakkie there was a crack in the windshield (which I replaced 2 months ago) and the inside reeked of diesel. Upon inspection I noticed that the steering wheel was full of diesel. I had to take it to a car wash right away. I sent the owner an email, who obviously denied everything. There was not even an attempt from their side to try and rectify the situation. If you are looking to visit their shop anytime soon, think again. I am very disappointed by the way the situation was handled. For a job that cost me almost R30 000 I would expect stellar service. Unfortunately, this was not provided.
Hi Was trying to cancel my data contract for about a Month now. contract ended last year. So just want to cancel. every day i call and spent all most 3 hours just to speak to someone to cancel my contract. When i speak to someone they put me trough to holding time of 45min no answer. The Mtn shops cant help they say you have to call online. This is really becoming irritated how much money i spend just to cancel 1 simple contract.
