My father just joined this scheme, and their customer services is truly pathetic! They just send automated responses but attend to the problem. I've been raising concerns for more than a week but no real response or action from them. I can just imagine how they will handle your problem if you have a real medical emergency. Now they suspended his account because he they made a mistake by not deducting his debit order. They made the mistake but we have to pay for it now! be accountable!

FNB cancelled my Fusion card without notifying me or replacing my card. This is very dangerous as I could have been stranded somewhere, with a flat battery phone thinking I still have access to my money. This put my life in danger. This was very irresponsible of them of firstly cancelling my card without y permission, secondly not to notify me of what they have done so that I can take the necessary steps to keep myself safe. How many other people lives' have they out in danger?
They supposed to fix my car because of hail damage, but damaged my car while trying to fix it and thought we wouldn't notice. They also replaced parts that wasn't damage with secondhand parts. They also removed my Golf GTI spoiler and decided not to put it back and denied it, but we have the pictures to show it was there when we took it to them. They are ************* and are not doing anything to rectify the complaint.
Budget Insurance are still busy with my hail damage claim from last year November, it's almost a year ago. They are not fixing my car but I pay my insurance every month. I will now report this to ombudsman because even the head does not respond to my complaint
Clicks is pathetic. They delivered a wrong order, then sent me a statement that they have delivered my order. When I alerted them of their mistake and that I am waiting for my order as I paid for it, they want me to jumped through hoops. They got the order wrong but now I must suffer. I just want my order or my money back. They can come pick the wrong parcel.
I submitted my hailstorm claim in November last year, but Budget Insurance is ignoring my claim. I pay every month but no response from them. This is terrible services! Every time it rains, my house gets wet because of my damaged roof.
I had a horrible experience at Design Quarter 3 January. The store manager was very rude and refused to give me his name so that I could report his bad behaviour. Please train your staff, he should not be allowed to interact with any person.
