Pathetic services
I've had Vitality for years but joined Discovery Bank two weeks ago. It's been a disaster ever since. Both my apps are no longer working and my rewards not allocated, even lost my streak because of them. I've reported it plenty of times, but it's still not resolved and they don't care!4 replies

Pathetic Customer Services
My father just joined this scheme, and their customer services is truly pathetic! They just send automated responses but attend to the problem. I've been raising concerns for more than a week but no real response or action from them. I can just imagine how they will handle your problem if you have a real medical emergency.1 reply

Unsafe action - Cancelling my card without my permission and without notifying me
FNB cancelled my Fusion card without notifying me or replacing my card. This is very dangerous as I could have been stranded somewhere, with a flat battery phone thinking I still have access to my money. This put my life in danger. This was very irresponsible of them of firstly cancelling my card without y permission, secondly not to notify me of what they have done so that I can take the necessary steps to keep myself safe. How many other people lives' have they out in danger?1 reply

Pathetic services
Budget Insurance are still busy with my hail damage claim from last year November, it's almost a year ago. They are not fixing my car but I pay my insurance every month. I will now report this to ombudsman because even the head does not respond to my complaint1 reply

Pathetic online services
Clicks is pathetic. They delivered a wrong order, then sent me a statement that they have delivered my order. When I alerted them of their mistake and that I am waiting for my order as I paid for it, they want me to jumped through hoops. They got the order wrong but now I must suffer. I just want my order or my money back. They can come pick the wrong parcel.0 replies
