SA MEGA Structures has been liquidated still owe us money because they did not finish the roof on the project. They use their own people to give reviews on this blog to give then a good rating. Robbie is rude and has no sense of being an honest business man. Taking peoples hard earned money for his gain. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Name changed but same rotten eggs.
On 18 May 2019 Telkom put off my ADSL line when I asked why they tell me it was done through the system. Why they will only know. The entire week until today 30 May 2019 I have been chatting to the call center thrown around from pillar to post. This morning I again contacted the call center and spoke to Nozibusiso who said that the order will be processed within 7 to 14 working days. All I am asking is switch on which was switched off. Nobody gave permission for the ADSL to be switched off. Telephone no ********** 332 ref no given ********** 7.
Although this company started with their project they after so many promises and lies did not complete the project. Promises to pay back the money by the owner Robbie again is only promises and lies. The only people that have lost on this project is us the client because we cannot utilize the area where the project was started. Owner Robbie says I can do as I please. They will probably get somebody to rate their service high again after this review.
More and more of us are in the same boat as regards payment being made but no work being done. It is time that we contact each other and set up a session with Carte Blanche so that we get this company out of the system once and for all.
After poor work performance I was also promised my money back. Structure is standing without a roof that was supposed to be completed by the end of July 2017. Still no attempt by the owner Robbie to pay the money back. So many promises but none have come to light. So guess what wait and see.
<p>Hi there I wrote a review on helopeter on 19 May 2016 about poor service management from Vodacom and I am still waiting for someone to call me regards this complaint. I have spoken to the store manager at Carnival Mall who is totally incompetant to say the least. I have sent an email on Vodacoms website - no reply. I have contacted the call center - they cannot assist complaints from the store.</p>
<p>On 10 May 2016 I went to upgrade my contract on number 0828976356. I did the upgrade phone with gear classic watch. I was told the watch would be there the following day by Winnie who helped me. When I phoned on 12 May I was told the watch had not arrived. I should wait until 18 May. Isaid I was not happy and I then phoned the customer care line where I was told by Nokuthula that they cannot handle queries from any store(this cannot be right either) I should phone the store manager. There is spoke to Vunicia who said she is the manager she could not help either. We are at 19 May and still no watch. I want to know what is happening.</p>
I went to the Telkom store at Carnival Mall on 29/02/2016 to get a Telkom internet sim card with ICC i.d. no 89270200130000729885. I was told by Simphiwe he was going to send it through for activation. When I went back to the store yesterday after it had not been activated he told me that he had activated it. He says it shows active from his side. I have since been trying to connect but it has still not been activated. So he was not telling the truth. When I phoned Telkom nobody seems to know what is going on. I got through to sales and the person there said I must wait for as long as it takes.
Rakesh from call centre phoned with regards to Voda Smart tab. Was told tab with 1 gig data was R69 per month only, that is all what was needed to be paid per month. When order was received was R 255 with all add on's. This is not what was ordered. This agent was dishonest in what he told me and what was given on order EM74198490. When I phoned to speak to Rakesh was told I could not. This also not acceptable because I wanted to tell him first off he did not deliver what he said. I am of the opinion that he tried to trick me. How many does he trick on a daily basis like this.
Previous ref no refers 29CRK210715 which Telkom said was repaired was not repaired now have new ref no 33CRK080815. This ADSL line has been down since 21/07/2015. Wonder what Telkom is going to do now after all the escalations have been done still no response to repair. So please do not reply and say that escalation will be done because it does not help just repair the line.
