I took out a contract with cell c November 2024,it was 2 phones was for my husband. He used the Sim card for 2 months or so and it got damaged. I took time to report because we were staying in different provinces then and each time we are together I will forget to take the sim.I went to their branch in Polokwane and I was told that I will have to pay for the Sim that is not lost but just stopped working. Although it doest make sense to pay for the Sim that is not lost I opted for the second option of buying a Sim card and do a Sim swap online because it is cheaper than doing the Sim in the branch. I bought a Sim and called cell c only to be told a different story that I must provide an affidavit and certified ID because the Sim was not used for more than 6 months, mind you I was told by 3 or 4 different consultants who didn't mention this part. I submitted the documents and same day I was called from cell c and the person said she is calling to assist me with Sim swap because they received my documents, after passing verification the lady told me that she didn't see that the Sim is contract she only deals with prepaid and she transfered me to Mbali who told me that she cannot assist me because I called and the process is cellc must call, I explained that I did not call I was called but she still couldn't help me. I really have a problem that from the beginning of the process it looks like cellc staff don't know what they found and secondly they just call without checking the trail. I have been paying for more than 12 months without using the Sim, yes in the beginning it was my fault that I did not report on time but now cell c is causing all the delay.
This is the worst debt Collector. They charge ridiculous interest and when you call trying to get a breakdown of the charges they will keep you on hold until the call gets dropped. When you send emails they don't even respond.
I took an insurance for my cellphone and I was told that I can cancel within 30 days. I cancelled within that 30 days because one of the requirement is that Cell c sim card must always be on the phone and I use different Sim cards and they still deducted. I have been waiting for my refund and I am not being assisted. I sent all the required documents but they keep on saying that my refund is being processed. I sent a compliant and no one contacted me. Each time you send a mail you get a new ref number. They really need to work on improving their system.
Worst service provider ever,I am listed on my credit bureau as I am in arrears, when I call the call centre I am being told that I am not in arrears yet I am listed.I spoke to 5 different people and they say the same thing.I was told I will get feedback to this day no contact.
I am the happiest patient,I would like to compliment Dr Christine Kruger at Intercare Polokwane for the best service,I consulted for the IUD insertion and I must say She is simply the best,she thoroughly explains treatment options and ensures that you are comfortable and informed every step of the way.She is very Friendly as well.
I really regret taking a funeral cover with this company,We are really dealing with *********** people,I have asked to be called back till today nobody has contacted me,each time I call I hold until I get tired,I sent a mail still no response.
I would like to compliment the staff at Pep Cell next to the MTN Taxi Rank,they are very helpful,fast and I like the fact that they announce every now and then when their money transfer is offline so that you dont waste your time in the queue only to be told that system is offline.special compliment to Thabi who was assisting us with PAXI.
I am really ****ed right now, I lost my phone on the 21May and I blacklisted it same day cause somebody stole it inside the shop luckily I found it the next day.I called customer care and I was told that I must go to the branch with my certified ID,Affidavit and a box and it will take 2-48 working days,To my suprise the guy in the branch told me that it will take 7 working days to be unblacklisted.On the 30th I did a follow up and the lady from customer service told me that the guy who was assisting me in the branch just sent documents and did not request for my phone to be unblacklisted.She then said she will send a request of which it will take about 3 working days,on Wednesday I did another follow up,and the lady told me that they have a backlog but they are busy with my phone which she will send a request that will take about 2 hours.I waited until in the morning still nothing,unfortunately I did not take the names of all this other agents who were assisting me.I call today to find out why is my phone still blacklisted after all this follow up,I was assisted by this rude lady by the name Lungile who was telling me that I must not teach her how to do her job,she is very RUDE shame.she told me that I must go back to the branch after I have waited so long.I really dont know what to do,I just want my phone to operate cause this is an inconvinience for me.
