communication sucks to the core
Worst service ever -i regret ordering and this is the 1st time ordering on style phase home-trying to track my order-the link does not work-i asked on their whatsapp-NO WORD yet they are online

This is really frustrating -my retiremerent funds are not on the dashboard-i have called and called and requested to be called bac-till now,does this mean i cant not withdraw what is mine????????? guys i need the money and the seams to be not taken us seriously

FRUSTRATED LIKE HELL
This is the 3rd complaint regarding a deposit made on 15.03.2023 which to date has not reflected even after sending proof to Mbali.Mbhele@hollywoodbets.net ,'Katerena Lutchmen' <KaterenaL@hollywoodbets.net>,'hwhelpline@hollywoodbets.net' each request like POP i sent and they ended up not answering me after all my my time sending what was requested regarding my OWN money.I waisted my money and airtime calling as well -No assistance and they call back and hung up when i answer- i have been fighting for a mere R245 since 15.03 today is the 22nd and the service SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
