No service - company does not exist.
Please do not order from this site, once paid you will never hear from them, they quickly to send messages to make payment once you registered after that "silence" none of their contact numbers work, neither do they reply on e-mails, this site should be reported as *****ulent.

communication sucks to the core
Worst service ever -i regret ordering and this is the 1st time ordering on style phase home-trying to track my order-the link does not work-i asked on their whatsapp-NO WORD yet they are online

I bought some bedding, and it looked different from the website. I requested a return, and I am still waiting. I will never order from them again.

Ridiculously Bad Service
I placed an order on 5 December today is 11 December and guess what my parcel still has not been shipped . They don't respond to WhatsApp messages, this is really ridiculous!!! The item that I ordered is gift for someone that I need for 14 December, can you please ship my parcel!!! Stylephase Home don't care because I noticed a lot of people are complaining about their bad service and not receiving parcels.

Ridiculously Bad Service

I thought snatcher was worse. They sell almost **** everything. Their perfumes, they sorry original on the lid and the entire bottle is filled with water which I don't know it's mixed with what

I bought a smart watch from them, when it arrived it had no charger. I tried to call them with no luck. Sent them a WhatsApp message and they promised to resolve that immediately. Contacted their fb account the also said they will send it. And now a week later I have not heard from them. They are not replying to my messages and they are deleting my comments on their Facebook page. I have purchased from the a number of times, but for them to send me a n item that is not complete. I am very dissatisfied with their customer service.
