Please do not order from this site, once paid you will never hear from them, they quickly to send messages to make payment once you registered after that "silence" none of their contact numbers work, neither do they reply on e-mails, this site should be reported as *****ulent.
I ordered multiple items which come in different boxes one of the items were missing I immediate logged a ticket via their website, according to the site they will give feedback within in 24hours, either replacing the item or refund, after numerous calls and e-mails the only feedback, I get the call is with the warehouse and they are waiting feedback which never happen, I already paid for this item. the response when an item is missing is very poor.
Pathetic service, Internet down logged ticket @ 16:19 30 May with Mweb - 5 days later 4 tickets logged every time ticket closed not resolved.. called Metro fibre myself got both MWEB and Metrofibre on the line me the customer listening how two consultants arguing who must fix the problem, MWEB being my service provider only good to log tickets, cannot talk or referred to a supervisor. no feedback nothing definitely cancelling my contract.
Sales consultant confirmed mid January they have a product in stock, made the payment, query 14 days later when it will be delivered got an e-mail back that the product is now out of stock, the said they will refund, i send bank details its been almost 3 weeks now i e-mailed and tried calling them with no reply neither does the contact details work .cant get hold of anyone to assist.
