Horrible experience as a new customer, placed my order 3 weeks ago, they sent me a router after a week without sending me a fiber box or fiber technician to install. My order tracking link showed an error after one week and no agent called to check why, i had to call them almost daily and be moved around from tech team to sales and back and forth. Worst of all i still have no fiber, but they already debited my account. Never ever use mweb or Openserve
Absolute horrible service from this fiber provider. No contact center for escalations, no follow up. I am a new customer, paying my ISP, Mweb with no fibre box installed. I am waiting going on 3 weeks for them to send a technician from Openserve to fit my fibre box and have been on the Mweb call center everyday with no success. Absolute waste of time and horrible service. Going to cancel this service that i am not even receiving by the end of today. Openserve escalations team are also useless, they call you once and then never again. When you try to contact them back it goes to voicemail everytime.
Absolutely disgusting service every single time I have used this app I have had issues with delivery. The first time was me waiting 4+hours for a delivery Now I waited again for 2 hours for my delivery and the app says my order was delivered but it has not been delivered at all!!!!! What kind of rubbish service is this !? The delivery fee is ridiculous and the service is pathetic!!!! You cannot be this disappointing every time someone uses your service ? Where is my order !? Where is my money? I tried to contact the call Centre but it’s saying number non existent.
Woolies dash is absolutely useless. I placed an order for delivery and after almost an hour of waiting within my time slot I receive an sms close to the end of my time slot saying they are running late. I call the call centre and they confirm that my driver hasn’t even picked up the order yet this is now 2hours later post placing the order. Absolutely ridiculous and I even tipped the driver in advance for poor service on top of a costly delivery fee. There is not tracking either, Customer service is also terrible I have had no joy from them with past experiences. Never using them again
I have had the worst experience at this institution at Petervale, My child came home with black grubby hands almost daily, clothes went missing from his possession and when i asked for them i was always promised they would return it but never did. He would be climbing on monkey bars with his shoes unstrapped and no one to notice or concern for his safety. Temperatures were not checked upon kids entering during peak COVID periods and that caused my son to pick up 2 major illnesses from the school, because kids were coming in sick. It costs us hospital bills and almost his life. The principle got fired for releasing a child to an unauthorized person, and after all of this i decided to remove him from the school. I paid R13500 in deposit and fees for a month he did not attend. They refuse to respond to me to refund this! I had sent proof of communication to the principle voicing my concerns and wanted to be reimbursed just for the month he did not attend. The operations manager ignored my emails after requesting this. The clause states that if the school is at fault there is a reason to cancel. This school is absolutely shocking, and disgusting! it was my first school experience and it was a disaster. NEVER AGAIN
