Smoke, Hazelwood. Sunday lunch. 2 hanger steaks... the toughest steak I have ever had at a restaurant. Presentation superb, sides superb. Subsequent interaction with management: we dont give a ****.
With trepidation, I paid a deposit to book a service call. The team arrived, neat, professional, and really knowing their stuff. After a 5-minute inspection, they had located the problem. Conservative action to repair followed - as in they did not dig up half the paving in the hope of finding the exact spot! What a relief! The pool is back in action. I am so relieved I have found a pool company that is proud of their work, arrives when they say they will, and does the job properly.
Brands cannot be beaten for the care they take with the job at hand - in this case trimming and shaping 3 monster Ficus trees. What impressed me more about their attention to detail and ensuring the customer was happy, was the cleanup after the job. Just brilliant!
Staff at the Brooklyn Mall branch are true ambassadors for the brand. Knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. A worthwhile shopping experience.

Another wonderful stay at this very special home from home. The staff is engaging, will chat, and you feel welcome. The food in both the restaurant and the buffet section is of superior quality. The ladies at the spa are superbly trained and the hours flew by like a tranquil cloud. Definitely, our favorite spot to escape.
Fraud was committed on my account. The fraud department refuses to answer emails nor forward any documents to me. The escalation center closed the ticket with 'unresolved' and does not reply meaningfully to questions asked.
