The customer service I received from Miway is excellent I can’t complain and I’ll never leave Miway because when I call I always feel at home
I had an accident on the 27 January and I have been phoning the guy who’s in charge of my claim I never got hold of him and the lady by the name of Claudia Pillay was helpful even on the 30 when I call lucky me she’s the one who answered the call and she’s very helpful
Anyway I have been with Miway forever so the guy was just updating my missing payment for January and the service is always perfect
I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance
Am so happy with Lesedi service more especially in the position she’s inn as a Senior advise honestly she made me feel at home
Siyabonga was helpful he made me take the the phone insurance again as I had a bad experience before he’s very good and professional
I had an incident where my son lost an I phone 13 which was insured with Miway for 3 years and now am claiming still paying the same premium every month when I sent the claim. I was intarogated as if I was lying been told to do conference call with vodacom and get to be asked security questions as Miway says the reason for conference call according to their research the sim was blocked on the 14May and am claiming on the 17 May which I was not happy at all where I had to go to Vodacom store to print the correct date which I proved them wrong I asked them to give me the information they had they refused secondly they told me they can only pay me the retail price now but they never do review with me in that premium where was never changed I was paying according to the amount of 17000 but they can only pay me 10500 as the phone sells for .i was not happy I requested to talk to the claim department manager which apparently is still in the meeting till this day I guess .i have been with this insurance for 15years am disappointed in them .am not happy at all they took me for a ride .
I went to Woolies today to buy the 4 liter sunflower oil as was on promotion for 144.99 and when u get to the shelf it says 159.99 I ask the cashier how much is this she calls the manager and the manager and her the went to the till point the manager spoke with the cashier after scanning the oil without even greeting me as a customer and talk so low that I must not understand and after that she says the cashier says to me is 144.99 I was not happy as the price was wrong on the shelf and the manager self didn’t her promotion and as I understand the policy of Woolies I was supposed to get that oil for free I have proof for floor price and the service was bad
Am so happy as Miway has never disappointed me .today I spoke to the supervisor by the name of Merven Motau am so impressed he gave me excellent service and he explained to me about other promotions they have which I was not aware of like referral
The service was excellent even the lady she made me feel comfortable talking to her
