I have been standing in line for 2h30 minute to see a consultant at Maponya Mall branch. Your employees are just casually working around, the other 2 where on their cellphones. We basically have no efficient service, this is disgusting. There is pensioners at your branch who have been seating here for over 2 hours. SIES!!! Right now there is a lady who is complaining that she has been coming here for over a month without any assistance. The manager is awol
Took my car inn for service and the drop off drive was inconsiderate to say the least, had to get off the car and catch an uber to my destination. I understand that I am not the only customer, Nissan does not even adhere to Covid regulations, there were 6 customers to be dropped off in a 7 seater car. I waited 38 minutes for the drop off car to arrive and its very distasteful to even talk about this matter. Anywho BYE Nissan, Hello VW! SIES!
I logged a call over a week ago with my ISP Webafrica and I was advised that the problem is with my infrastructure provider Vuma Reach, a call was logged on my behalf by my ISP, Ref: ISP-482131 for disputed activation. When making follow-up i was advised that the call was closed without being resolved and an activation dispute was lodged and everytime we make follow-up we are given an ETA of 48 hours and to date we have not heard from Vuma Reach or its Technician. We should not have allowed a community to install those ugly fibre poles you installed in our community. Vuma is not even contactable via telephone. Sies maan!!!
I logged a call ref: 461616 over a week ago and too date have not received any assistance from Webafrica, when you call their contact centre you hold for more than an hour and finally when you get through you do not get assistance instead your are being transferred from one department to the Next. When you try reaching out to their Whatsapp support, you engage with a Robot that makes you repeat the same troubleshooting process, over and over again. My 2 cents advice, take your money where it is valued. I am disgusted at the the way they operate.
On the 30th of December I lodged a claim with Old Mutual and it was supposed to be payed in in 7 days, to date no payment has been made. Have been going to Old Mutual offices at Maponya Mall numerous times and every time I am being told a different story. The services at Maponya mall is appauling, have tried to raise it with the manager but still nothing has been done. Called the Old Mutual helpline and the Consultant told me the are still recalculating the payout. No one can explain to me what they are re-calculating, went to Old Mutual in Maponya on Saturday and was told to come back on Friday. Service is distasteful and TERRIBLE. SIES! When you advertise your products payout is within 48 hours, well I have waited for over 3 months, your employees do not even bother to call me and advise on the progress, I have to be the one going or calling your useless company all the time
