This company truly deserves its 1-star rating. Promises with no delivery. No communication. Unacceptable service. Avoid them at all cost. I sat at home two days running awaiting a delivery that never came. No explanation, no communication.
I recently ordered a smar****ch from this company and was a little uneasy as I could not find any reviews online. I hence chose they pay on delivery option and same day delivery. The item arrived as advertised and the courier came with a credit card machine. I was very impressed with the service and was happy to have used this company. The price was also fantastic.
I am a loyal FNB client and make I make sure that every month, I do all of the irritating things necessary to get me to level 5.<br> <br> On Friday I went on the website to buy some Edgars vouchers, only to discover that they no longer were available with any discount. I looked further and discovered that almost nothing (12 items, 4 vouchers, flights and car rental) is available with my promised 40% discount. <br> <br> I called eBucks and was told that the discount across the site was a promotion. I was livid. At no point had any communication gone out that this was a promotion and absolutely no notification was given to customers that the discount was going to be discontinued. I queried this and was told that a banner was put up on the website indicating this, a week before.I'm sorry, THIS IS JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH. How can you possibly think that it is okay to not send out a notification via email to your clients, many of whom are saving up ebucks for specific products?!? I feel absolutely conned. I go out of my way to do all of the things I am asked and suddenly, without being informed, my ebucks are worth 60% less than they were. <br> <br> I demand to be issued with these vouchers with a 40% discount.
