Terrible Customer Service and turn around times
Terrible Customer Service - once you place your order and pay in full you dont get feedback - that is after confirming the deadline numerous times verbally and in writing. A manager is never available when you would like to escelate the matter - my order is due for collection 28 Feb, yet I am being told it will only be ready on the 8th of March??? Shocking customer service very disappointed always an issue with this supplier. Go take a lesson from your competitor Brandability - they are so much better to deal with and they give status updates and are always promt with deadlines!

Disappointing experience - huge lack of communciation
Andelia was quick to respond quote and invoice in December 2023. She wanted to install in Dec but we only moved into our new house in Jan 2024. She ghosted me for two weeks, kept on promising the installation will take place with the most unprofessional excuses you can image. Kept on pushing our the stallation. The installation finally took place yesterday end Jan). Disappointing experience - huge lack of communciation.

Excellent communication and service
Very professional staff and the communication process was excellent, I was kept up to date on the progress of my vehicle by email and sms.
