Very upset customer
On two occasions I see a debit from Canvas sent them an email and was told that someone would assist me . I need the money and what I don't understand is that you kept debiting my account and it went on minus.please fix this issue and respond

BAD SERVICE EVER
I paid my full amount for the swimming pool canvas. We made an appointment for 15:00 and they only arrived 16:30 and never communicated with me i had to phone them. After they left my husband asked me did they install the one person roll-up system that we have requested then i reallised no they did not. I requested a refund on that but still no refund was made.

Bad service
The lady was so rude. Ended up swearing at me in my own home. Be very careful dealing with this company

Poor after service
Quick to install after I paid the full amount. After the first rain, water piled up on the cover so the drainage holes are not sufficient. They installed a pipe that was bend. We I requested that they must come to fix it, they ignore phone calls and Whatsapps.

Disappointing experience - huge lack of communciation
Andelia was quick to respond quote and invoice in December 2023. She wanted to install in Dec but we only moved into our new house in Jan 2024. She ghosted me for two weeks, kept on promising the installation will take place with the most unprofessional excuses you can image. Kept on pushing our the stallation. The installation finally took place yesterday end Jan). Disappointing experience - huge lack of communciation.
