Private number
<p>Why?!? My alarm has been activated, and i get a call on a PRIVATE NUMBER to let me know that the alarm is going off. </p> <p> </p> <p>What kind of company calls on a private number? What are you trying to hide? You are providing me a service that I PAY for monthly. No one answers private numbers due to all of the telemarketing these days.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Non helpful
I phoned RCS to confirm an RCS card, as there has been a lot of fraud lately.<br> <br> I am not sure who I spoke to. I asked them if they could please check the card. They asked for my merchant number, which I unfortunately do not have, as I have just taken over this store.<br> <br> I asked is there no way we can get my merchant number from somewhere. The gentleman was quite rude saying there is no way.<br> <br> So I asked can I speak to someone who can assist me with the then. He then tells me that no he can not put me through to merchant services because the entire department is not in today.<br> <br> How is this even possible? A massive company like RCS, not having a single person at work, to help the merchants, the people that actually make them money?
