Overcharged me for something I didn't get and has been ignoring me for weeks when trying g to get my refund after she promised that I will get it back

Had an excellent rental experience recently at Tempest. I was travelling from joburg to durban and needed a car for the week. When I arrived, it was a bit frustrating as the signage to say Tempest customers must go to Europcar were not very big and easy to miss but then I met Mpumelelo Mkhize who made the entire experience amazing. He was friendly, smiled and kept me well updated and walked me through the whole process, which wasnt long or difficult - it was just signing some papers and giving some instructions - but the whole routine was done in such a professional and friendly manner that it changed what had started off with frustration and made it a truly great experience. Thank you Mpumelelo for such great service
Nomfundo handled my requests expertly and gave me multiple options to resolve. Pity our relationship is coming to an end
I called budget to cancel my car insurance policy in March but I was still debited. I called to find out why I was debited and ask for a refund and I was told that the refund would be in my account in 7-10 working days. When I called 10 working days later to find out why I hadnt received my refund, I was told that my policy was only cancelled when I called for my refund. I have called multiple times since then and ran out of airtime on a couple of occasion. I asked for a call back twice but on neither occasion was I called back!! On the latest occasion, the lady told me she needed to chat with her manager and would call me within the hour but it has been 2 days without her calling me back. I want my refund and I am going to the insurance ombudsmen after this as well. Truly disappointed in budget
I left my car with re-new it on the 24/03 to have some repairs done after I was in an accident. 3 weeks went by without some much as a call to get an update on the progress. When I did finally get an update on 13/04, I was informed that my car would be ready by Friday 16/04 with only quality control being the possible delay. On Thursday afternoon, I get an SMS stating that my car is only going in for painting and no one had bothered to inform me of the delays. This meant I had to suffer additional costs with car hire and every time I contact Patricia, she is never available. Even when I went into Re-new it on Friday I was helped by someone else. Patricia called me on 20/04 with an update to say the car will be ready on 22/04. I had asked her to arrange a courtesy car for me which she has also failed to get back to me on. She has been the worst customer service person I have ever worked with and for that I would not recommend re-new it Randburg to anyone
Im just here to commend the great service I received from Princess Shabangu and initially Iris Behariral when I was logged a claim. They were very accommodating, understanding and extremely helpful throughout the process. Princess stood out as she handled the majority of my claim. She is an absolute asset to your claims team. Very helpful and an absolute joy to work with during the tough times when our home was broken into.
I would just like to thank Mr Madikane for the fantastic service that I received from him.<br> He showed a lot of professionalism and knowledge of the product.<br> He went the extra mile by facilitating an extra phone call that I needed to make during the sign up process and was very friendly throughout the whole process
