I can't describe the disappointment of this company CANVa printing you guys are ***** and take people's money. I stoped and cancel the debit order but you debiting me twice in a week . I want someone from the company to call me otherwise I will expose you and you could loose your licence
On two occasions I see a debit from Canvas sent them an email and was told that someone would assist me . I need the money and what I don't understand is that you kept debiting my account and it went on minus.please fix this issue and respond
Disappointed with SARS office I made an online electronic appointment and to date I have not heard from anyone. I expected a call on the 04/08 noone called I called them to find out what happened to the call why they haven't and the lady informed me that they tried went straight to voicemail really??when because I have no records. So the lady made another electronic appointment on the 19/08 at 9am first called was a miss call second call I answered 3 Seconds to the call they cut it...never called again. We are trying to find out about our tax returns and check our Profile and this is how we are getting treated . Its not right.i even visited the SARS office in Newcastle kzn thinking I could get things done. I was told no I needed to make an appointment ok fare enough I tried numerous times to call in Newcastle SARS to get a booking or even see they exist Noone can help
I am so upset with Telkom. This is now the second time i have received my telkom statement with a number wireless unlimited all hours wifi which i never agreed on or taken up. Noone seems to be assistanting as i have been on the phone for over 20 minutes and no assistance further more my statement billing comes to R803. 00 which was only supose to be R548. 00. The first time i had this incident Telkom never refunded me up to date they told me i need to open up a ***** case got the case number :71166325 Affidavit was sent on the 14/04/2023 @09:52 and still to date there has been no refund back into my account. They removed the number from the account that i had been billing in since december 2022. I just think that Telkom is a waste of time and people money. You guys take us for Granted and do not apologise nor do you even give the client a call back regarding ***** but you guys are to quick to debit the monies. I want my money back from my previous incident otherwise i will and honestly speaking want to cancel all services with you and take up VUMA which i heard is way better plus cheaper no hassles.
Im soo dispointed in One Plan my spouse and i had an opportunity in taking this health care for our family. After going through the catalogue almost like a booklet there was alot of questions we had asked and no response was made to us... Till to date Claudine Constantable an absolute disappointed with your service you only wanted your Commission on the policy.... But sadly we had cancelled this policy.. My spouse tells me today that he received an sms stating that the debit will go off on the 15th of May upon after canceling via phone call and via watsapp help number that i spoke to Mathapelo Mathibe from an automated response. What is going on. I clearly received this watsapp from her(If send the cancellation request now then the 30 days cancellation period will be the month of June. The policy inception is 01/07/2024 so the first debit was due the 20th of June and not May so no premium will be debited no refund due.) Please can someone call my spouse in regards. We cannot afford a deduction of R2800 for nothing.
I am very disappointed i made a claim out for a tyre after 3 debits had gone through i decided to claim Melissa Woodraj referred me to Point S dundee, Supa Quick, Tyres to go. Went to Point S it was a Joke as they stopped doing business with Bidvest 5years ago. Again how did bidvest not pick that up... After numerous emails sent i got no response after calls none.. I eventually got hold of the lady to cancel the entire insurance with sadly loosing out on my funds and they will not be reversed to me.. Its sad in a time like this and how our Economy is gone the least they should of done was Reimburse me for me two debits as i claimed after the debit of the order..... We struggle day by day for companies to help us in need as we live in a small town that the roads are completely out of state.. You avoid one pot hole and hit another one... Im absolutely upset and shocked at the way my complaint was handled.. Never again should i take anything up with Bidvest its shocking how companies can tell you to do this or claim from there. When they are to quick to get the commission. Unbelievable service from Bidvest not helpfull..
Telkom has been the most unreliable services when it comes ti debit orders. Very quick to debit your account but can never refund you. I still have a case pending from Telkom which has not been resolved as yet. Last week the 30th i made an Eft payment so i dont fall in arrears. On the 31st i see telkom decided to put a tracker and debited my account after i had made payment. Surely by now the 05th of june payment should of reflected by now... I have been calling telkom this whole day and no luck 081180 im told its a problem with the lines. Fare enough. Why cant they responding on email or call me then..
Im soooo disappointed in telkom first of all they took atleast 21 days to investigate my case of ***** and unauthorized contract taken against my name. Today 04/05/23 i get sent a bill becoz i paid my statement late for March which was 10 days late and paid R7. 00 extra the statement today shows to pay R739. 70...where is the logic or common sense in people to send a statement dont investigate a case of money owing to me and to just send a statement of what i must pay in April. I tell you what i will never pay this bill infact i am changing my internet to Vuma now i have the guys come in already to install.
This has been the 3rd week so far no response regarding my case that has been logged. You see basically telkom makes you like a stupid been told numerous times that the case is under investigation and there are more important cases to be investigated. Imagine the nerve that the consultant gave me plus she giggled while talking to me. Asked to speak to a manager she said no she can't transfer me and all of. Sudden i was put on hold.
I have been more than enough lenient with Telkom. I have logged a complaint with telkom over two weeks ago that even a case was opened i had to go to the police station to even get an affidavit. Upon calling everyday last week to find out the status of the case and when will i get my refund for something i didnt even Authorize getting debited for something you dont have is clearly *****. I spoke to sindisiwe who i sent the Affidavit to on the 14/04/2023. Till today 20/04/2023 i am still waiting for them to call me. I spoke to Unis today who clearly couldnt understand at the begging when i spoke to her she said that there are many cases opened unresolved and they will investigate my case and come back to me with feddback. When??? 72 hours is over last week already.
