I paid my full amount for the swimming pool canvas. We made an appointment for 15:00 and they only arrived 16:30 and never communicated with me i had to phone them. After they left my husband asked me did they install the one person roll-up system that we have requested then i reallised no they did not. I requested a refund on that but still no refund was made.

My daughter was in an Accident where a 3rd Party drove into her in February. The car was repaired but since then we are still waiting for PSG to pay back the R5000 excess fee that they were supposed to claim back from the 3rd Party insurance. We keep on sending emails to get feedback but no feedback is given this is unacceptable they don't wait for our payment every month why do we need to be treated this way we have been clients for almost 26 years

My husband's card was cloned and the fraudster bought royally on our account on the 18th of January all over, still don't know how but it must be an inside job. I want to know why we have to wait 21 working days for this to be resolved because they have my husband's signature and my signature on file when we opened the account many years ago so they can clearly see it is not us. Even on the camera footage they can see it is not my husband.
We settled our car by MFC and i by accident cancelled the wrong debit order they refused to give their banking details so that i could make a EFT payment so that we don't loose the policy and now they have cancelled the policy. We have complaining about our watermeter for a long time and the municipality just don't do anything about it. There is a house A and a house B and we thing we are paying for house A's water as well because there is 2 meters but only 1 is working. Is there anyone who can help us with a contact number for someone at the municipality that are still willing to give a service we are in The Reeds Centurion.
