I have been with Mweb since they started but now have a problem but cannot contact anyone for help. Held onto the Web chat page for 40 minutes with no one helping in the end though they were always 'Coming soon'!!
You can no loner log mitno your account on the web but must do it on the phone because that is safer.....they say, but how many phones get ****** etc??? DAFT!!!!!
I have subscribed to M-Net/DSTV since they started and have been paying for multiple accounts mointhly without problem until January this year. Since then, we have been suspended (IE no service) on about seven occasions even though our accounts have been all up to date, and proof of payments and endless phone calls have convinced the listeners that we are fully paid up. Somehow the message does not get through to the accounts department, and we find ourselves suspended again. The service when phoning to explain this, upon suspension, has on the whole been excellent., but the promises to rectify the matter has not been followed through. I have restrained from posting this in an attempt to reach a friendly solution, but until now it hasn't worked. I have heard of others with similar problems, and you would think with so much streaming available that DSTV would be bending over to keep customers. Many friends have dumped DSTV and use streaming instead. Come on DSTV, pleas get your act together!
