<p>Received a shirt for a birthday (4th Jan 2017)present from Suprdry at Nicolway Shopping Centre. When put shirt on for the first time (8th Jan 2017) my wife noticed the seeming was not right. Wife took shirt back to the store (10 Jan 2017) within seven days of purchase and the attendant said there was nothing that could be done.</p> <p>This atttitude stinks and is in contravention of the consumer protection act.</p> <p> </p>
On Sunday 23rd August 2015 my sons Vivo Polo which was purchased from Lindsay Saker Fourways under a full maintenance plan cut out whilst he was driving with various warning indicators showing. We had the vehicle towed to Lindsay Saker Fourways. The car was returned to us Wednesday 26th with us presuming the problem had been resolved. The car drove home fine but the next morning stopped again whilst my son was driving to college. We got the car to Linsday Saker Fourways again and have not seen the car since the 26th. We were told that there was a part required and that it would only arrive on Monday 31 August. On 1st September my wife received a mail stating that the part is not available. I contacted Lindsay Saker Fourways requesting to speak to the service manager but Ms Fletcher was not available. A Phillip contacted me but appeared more in the dark than the car. Lindsay Saker's inability to employee competent staff has and is causing a huge inconvenience and stress to family. To take a week to figure out a problem is pathetic. To ask a customer to help put fire crackers under head office is even more pathetic.
Murray and Roberts are the principal contractors responsible for the construction of the Dainfern Square Shopping mall in Dainfern. The have for 2 years continued to breach the Construction Act by running noisy machinery passed 6pm and often make substantial noise well into the early hours of the morning.<br> On the night and early morning they had teams and machinery on site that had zero respect for the law and for the surrounding neighborhood. text messages were sent to their management team namely Rui Santos and Fanie asking them to stop but these were totally ignored. Calls were made to the site manager Fanie but he did not have the decency to take the call the call. Their ex CEO did resond to my message and said that he had chatted to Fanie. Obviously Fanie is hard at comprehension and devoid of knowledge of the Act that controls his industry. MURRAY AND ROBERTS SHOW SOME RESPECT TO THE ENVIRONMENT AND ESPECIALLY ITS OCCUPANTS. YOUR ACTIONS ARE A DISGRACE. RUI AND FANIE YOU ARE NOT FIT TO MANAGE.
