GRABITALL Order remains in Processing status 2 months later
I purchased some items on GRABITALL on the 21st Dec 2021. More than 2 months later the status still says PROCESSING. I tried logging an enquiry on the website, after a while my 'support ticket' just disappeared. You can't contact them telephonically, I tried emailing on the 14th Feb 2022 and I received no response. Is GRABITALL a scam?

Highly recommended!
Delivery was quick, sunglasses are fantastic. Great value for money and on par with the more expensive brands. Overall really good experience, the website is really nice as well. Will definitely buy from them again.
