Great and informative service from Becca Nel i am beyond happy and excited to be part of the Dotsure family because of the warm welcome i received from her
I recently had a little bumper bashing with my vehicle and this is the first time i have ever claimed on my insurance and i was extremely nervous and bit uptight i had a consultant by the name of Peter Rankhathali assist me i shouted at him, spoke over him and didn't listen to him, however this man kept his cool was extremely patient and calmed me down with jokes and re-assured me. i have never received such amazing service before and for that i am extremely grateful.
My sink in my apartment block at Greenstone ridge, had fallen through breaking my dishes that were in my sink messing my whole kitchen floor with dirty water and cutting my hand open I had contacted Rashni who has been appointed as the person we go to with issues assuming she knows how to deal complaints clearly this is not the case considering she rudely said 'not her problem' and that she 'can't do anything and she is not sure why I am calling to tell her this' and then put the phone down on me she is rude and unprofessional i question if she should be employed to deal with people I found out by Chris at Balwin that Rashni only deals with any issues outside of the apartment doors,I feel she should've informed me of this instead of being rude, Rashni needs to bring to her attention that if she is in a position to deal with people she needs to not be a rude, unhelpful, unprofessional and such a snotty person otherwise she must get a job where she does'nt deal with people. i sent an e-mail on the 10-6-15 and i have not received any response up until today 23-6-15 again proving her professional behaviour in dealing with people...clearly a lack of service and people skills.
