Extremely Unhappy Customer and Pnp don't care.they don't respond to emails. I get umpteenth reference numbers by sending emails. I was actually concrete answers. But no they don't care. They must refund me gor bringing incorrect items.the driver wouldn't take it back. So I send thanks more than 20. My data. .they font hive any answers. I see they debited my bank account. I can't take it bad. My car was ******. I had a Retina operation.. This is why I ordered online. Fo they care. They must fetch these wrong item and refund my money. The people that do the picking don't pay attention. It's slap dash. I never ever got a order that never had a problem. I mentioned before and will tell them again. They cannot do this huge task. They not CLUED UP for this. I want answers immediately. They have *********** people. Is it cheap labour'. I think so. That's why no one cares. Management should at least look at the emails and see that it gets sorted out. .I disgusted with them.
I place orders on Asap but everyone was a complete ********. When they font have the items. They still invoice you for not receiving it. Thus is daylight *******. Why don't you get your credit back. I sent numerous messages. They say they are extremely but. Then they have a massive problem not coping. They definitely cannot handle this Ebucks they took on. I'm extremely unhappy and disgusted at the service. I did not even get that R75 discount on my 1st order. The order placed has one total amount and the invoice is less But no credit. The order invoiced is what the bank takes off. So how do you get your credit. I'm waiting now for 2 credits abd they doing absolutely nothing to hive me my credits. I need answers. Pnp is very expensive as well.. They have a huge problem. And if you take items back. They clueless. I have huge problems with taking something back yo Pnp Killarney. That refund cashier has a attitude bigger than Pnp extremely rude and raw.. She should not being a front person for customers. Many people complained. I dud contact the head office. But nothing was done. Now all I want is my credits. Money back in my bank account bd that so called R75. This is ridiculous.. They certainly not capable of this huge task. I placed 3 orders. But now it's the last. I never experienced such bd online orders ever. What is management doing.
Silvex sent technician to check my washing machine. The guy took pics. He was a new guy and clueless. He kept on phoning someone to ask what to do. They told him to dismantle the front were the motherboard was. He put it back leaving *****s on the machine and went. After 3 days I phoned the insurance company and they said they have not receive the report. So I whatsapp Silvex and asked them. Someone oh name Leeann said they need the job number. I told her I did not get a job number from Momentum Insure. I asked her how did the guy come to my place without a job number. She had a very bad attitude. And never ever came back to me. I this is mickey mouse company. Bad service ice unreliable and clueless. I'm so unhappy. I don't know why we pay insurance companies for the bad service with there 3rd party. I'm extremely unhappy as I'm waiting over a week from Momentum who has 2 immature Consultants who today did not send me a report. They are so rude and arrogant I honestly what happened to SO CALLED SERVICE FROM COMPANIES LIKE THIS I Email Momentum complainant dept. No response. The guy that came out said there was nothing wrong But he didn't even check if water was coming into the machine. How can photos do the job This is the worse service ever
I had and still having the worst experience ever from Clicks Norwood and the CapeTown offices. They were suppose to deliver my meds on the 28th November. I was there in Norwood on the 27th. Paid for it. I phoned the Pharmacist said he knew nothing. Yet he promised I will get it the next day. For 3days there phones were not working. So I complained to the Service Clicks CapeTown. They never helped at all. I was extremely upset. And angry. I was not prepared to waste money again on Uber. Cpt office is the world's worst ever. On Wednesday Uber send message they delivering my med. I waited for 3 hrs. The driver message me and said his in front of the flat I stay in. He was no where near here. I security and others was telling me Uber and Clicks is making a fool of me. I contacted Clicks Group. Told them what happened. To this very second no one contacted me. Not even Clicks Norwood. Although I tried calling them. I need my meds. This us *****ing. To top it they had a useless guy attending to me. He knew nothing about the computer. He had to left hands and gazing around. How on earth could they have someone like that there. The front manager said she was going to bring it up in there next meeting. I'm 99.9% up there with Clicks and never expected such atrocious Service and they still don't care. Its 10 day now.
Emails have been backwards and forword. I'm frustrated and angry. Tembela today responded. I can't get my R99 back . I paid it in errors as Checkers do not cater for the real essentials for INDIANS. I did not purchase any thing since the 15th September. How hard is it to understand English. I unaware that Checkers Sixty60 is so *******ed. What is stopping them except *****ing from the customers. If I had to owe them they would take legal action. How thick is this company. Amazing that no manager speaks to me. Sixty60 must email no phone calls.
A complaint was lodge against the appalling bad uncouth cashier. To date I received no reply. I want response in writing. No phone calls. Phone calls can be lies and denials. I need hard copies. Is it so hard to get feedback. I have never been into any PnP since my bad experience. Respond. Or is this the way PnP treat customers.
I would like to know why is Woolworths so ******. The local Gazette came our this week. They greeted the Jewish community well over their fast. It's the Hindu fasting as well. Are they ******. Don't Indians like myself buy from Woolworths. After reading that Gazette I certainly will not. I think being ****** is do sickening and prejudices.

I'm very disappointed. I want them to know I refuse to purchase anything from Sixty60 ever again. They can't make me buy from them. I carnot buy when they do not cater for Hindus. I fast started on the 17th September to 17yh October. I need to buy from our Indian shops. They so thick to understand that. Refund my money.
I placed an order on Saturday. When the order arrived items were less. Did not receive everything . They do not notify the customer. They appalling. The one pkt of nuts was open. I immediately contacted me. They send an automated message. I was fuming as I needed those items urgently. They treat you like they couldn't careless. I sent numerous emails wanting answers. I also took R99 for xtrasavings. But cancelled immediately. They extremely quick to debit your bank account within a second. But do not credit one within a second. They not interested. They are the most *********** people. I now received an email. Saying I will not get my R99 What a same cheek. Its my money. I told them I'm never going yo use Sixty60 ever again. This is not the 1st times I get wrong order and missing item. It happened far to often. You don't get a delivery slip. I'm so fedup with them Many people are complaining about Sixty60. They sit in Cpt and don't know what we the customers go through here in Jhb. I want my credit for all missing items and the R99. We the customers do no longer get good services from providers. It's there job to treat people correctly. They not doing us a favour.
I took a few things back which I bought before seeing a Dr. The Dr put me on a gluten free and Lactose. I asked the Manager at Pick n Pay Killarney. She understands my delima going forward. I went to the cashier at refunds. She threw tantrums. Expeceptionally rude and raw shouting loud at me. I asked her to lower her voice. She did not. The lotto machine was close by. She was talking in her language and they were laughing at me. I was so upset and really did not know why was I Subjected to that rudeness. Spent like 2 hrs. I went to the Manager and told her I am not returning to that store.. The manager is a wonderful person. But 3 of those cashiers are always rude and think nothing insulting me. Something has to be done. I will also take it up with there head office. I'm not use to this kind of service. I want action against her. Her name is Stella.
