Bad Quality
<p>I bought 4 Twisters from your Brakendfell Branch on Saturday. To my disgust when I got home, we got half empty wraps. We only ever eat the Twisters from KFC so I know what it should look like and how fresh it should be. There was only two very small peices of chicken, one slice of tomato (it should be chopped up) and some limp, brown bits of lettuc with a blob of mayo (not even spead out). Your wraps are not cheap so I feel so robbed with 4 horredous wraps. Unfortunatley I only noticed it when we got home.</p> <p>Please tell me what your statard procedure is of making a Twister as this staff memeber that made ours were obviously not trained properly or damb right lazy!</p> <p>I cannot attach a picure of the wrap, so please send me your email addres and I will glady send you this disappointing picture.</p>

Poor Service and bad food
I often pop into the Torrador at the Shell Garage in Century Avenue, Century City, Cape Town. For the past few weeks I have stopped as, every morning before 08:00 and at lunch time that I go there for a chicken Mayo and macon wrap they never have! I once bought a Cheese and Tomato baguette and it was so stale!!<br> Anyway, today at lunch time I went to see if I would be lucky to get a wrap. And not surprising, there were no wraps!! So i asked the lady if they had any wraps at the back and she said no they finished. So i told her, don't you guys make the wraps on site, as I saw a lady making baguettes behind her. I just got a bad look, she pressed a few buttons on her computer screen and asked me if there is anything else i would like. So I told her I never ordered anything, then she says they can make me a wrap. Annoyed with her bad attitude i agreed. When i got back to the office with my wrap, there was hardly ANY chicken mayo in it! I have eaten this wrap many time and know what should be in there. It was just macon with a dash of chicken mayo and lettuce. I have actually had it with Torrador now. I can send you photos of my so called wrap if you would like to be shocked!!
