Laundry and dry cleaning riped one of my tops on monday 3 may 2015 and they are regusing to replace the top. This top was not even 2months old. When speaking to rodney the owner over the phone he said thatbi was demanding and petty and that he doesnt mind loosing me as a customer and I should never put foot in hes shop again.. quite a strange reaction for someone who claims not to be guilty? !!! As he thought he put down the phone he called me a stupid bitch. This is disgusting customer service.
I sent my washing in on monday morning 3 may 2015 in perfect condition. When picking up my washing and going home packing away my clothes I discovered that my top was torn. The owner said that they will look on the cctv and let me know what happened. Now apparently they could not see waht happened and the top will not be replaced. On the terms and conditions of laundry and drycleaning it does not say anything about when an item gets torn while in their care. Now they refuse to refund me on my top. The owner Rodney called me and said that I am demanding an he does not want me back in hes shop and that I am a stupid bitch. And that I am being petty of a R300 top.i am disgusted in their customer service.
