Mcintyre Laundry Mat-- most hostile customer service recieved!! Took x2 continental pillows in Feb 24 and recieved them in plastic packaging. Only to open and use them in May 24 to find that because they weren't dried properly they became mouldy and definitely not fit for use. I immediately informed the owner - Peter about the situation and he refused to take accountable for what has happened. Money wasted. They have lost my business. Peter, please do and treat customers better!

I have been using their service for over a year. On 26 February I sent my navy suit for dry cleaning and was pleasantly surprised when the suit came back looking brand new. I had to check the label of the suit to ascertain they had not swapped suits. The ticket number allocated to my suit was 292. I don't know why they did not clean and press the suits the same way on previous occasions.

Took my PJ pants to be altered, explained exactly what I wanted. Came back after a week and they made the pants smaller. I left it there for them to alter and I came back to a pair of pants where the material was so torn, where they have taken the adjustment out, that they will now make a plan to fix it. Three days later I rock up again, only to find my pair of pants with holes and torn everywhere. Clearly these people do not know what they are doing, not even a phone call to tell you what is happening. They can maybe do your laundry, but alterations...................... I do not think so! Very bad service from Angie the owner and her team! Very disappointed. I took my business away from my original supplier to go to them. Aint gonna see me again!

Worst service ever,Laura the owner has bad customer service and she has the “I don’t care attitude”, I wouldn’t advice people to use her services and I’m not happy with her services towards customers irrespective who’s fault it is,in this bad economy business needs to be frank with their customers

McIntyre Laundry & Dry Cleaning at Superspar Century in Glenlilly Parow. Worst service ever . I asked with clear instructions to iron 3 shirts of mine. It was then brought under my attention that apparently they did not charge for the ironing.

I sent my washing in on monday morning 3 may 2015 in perfect condition. When picking up my washing and going home packing away my clothes I discovered that my top was torn. The owner said that they will look on the cctv and let me know what happened. Now apparently they could not see waht happened and the top will not be replaced. On the terms and conditions of laundry and drycleaning it does not say anything about when an item gets torn while in their care. Now they refuse to refund me on my top. The owner Rodney called me and said that I am demanding an he does not want me back in hes shop and that I am a stupid bitch. And that I am being petty of a R300 top.i am disgusted in their customer service.
