False marketing and selling tactics
If possible no star for them,I bought a 300W Portable Emergency Power Station and last week I was told they’re waiting for shipment from Durban harbour but on the system it says they have available stock and today I get an email that says” Your order was collected from our premises by the courier within the expected timeframe and was en route for delivery. Unfortunately, we were subsequently informed by the courier that the delivery vehicle transporting your parcel was involved in a hijacking incident, resulting in the loss of several parcels, including yours” but prior to this emails I heard so many stories and I have requested a refund which it’s taking forever to be processed

Bad customer service
Worst service ever,Laura the owner has bad customer service and she has the “I don’t care attitude”, I wouldn’t advice people to use her services and I’m not happy with her services towards customers irrespective who’s fault it is,in this bad economy business needs to be frank with their customers
