They make broken promises and sell you this wonderful "debt solution" for you however they leave you in even more debt that what you were before. I just need a number to contact them asap! Please if anyone can assist me asap.

Telkom, please explain to me why I am being charged for some "Mo'Nice" service on my account this month? I do not know ANYTHING about "Mo'Nice" and I did not activate said service on any of my numbers however I still have to for pay it because it reflects on my bill for March 2020. Unbelievable!
I had made a movie booking on the 03/04/2018 for 5 "Deadpool 2" tickets via the Ster-Kinekor mobile app, the booking wasn't confirmed but money was taking from my account so I phoned their customer care to inform them of this matter and in a friendly manner they informed me "Sir, your money will be refunded in within 2 hours". 2 hours later and nothing happened so I phoned them again and a different agent told me "Oh no sorry sir, it will take up to 24-48 hours for the refund to happen, please be patient". Naturally I waited 24-48 hours before I called in again and this time they advised me to log a refund request (07/05/2018), two weeks ago I then logged the refund request while on the phone with of one customer care agents who told me "Sir, your money will be refunded within 7 working days". On 20/05/2018, 7 working days later no one from Ster-Kinekor contacted me so I take it upon myself to phone them YET AGAIN to figure out if this will EVER be attended to. I then decided to send a complaint letter/mail last week after waiting 8 working days (21/05/2018) , I receive a response mail that states "kindly contact us if the money has not been refunded by Monday 21/05/2018. We apologise for the inconvenience caused". Today's date is 22/05/2018 and yes I phoned AGAIN this morning and this time I was told "Sir, your money will be refunded in the next 24-72 hours. We really apologise for the inconvenience caused". I have three friends who have informed me that they have never waited no longer than 48 hours for their refund from Ster Kinekor so I would like to know why my request has taken over three weeks to resolve? The worst customer service support that I have ever experienced.
