Negligence and facility horror
If there was a negative rating, that’s exactly what I would rate this clinic. We’ve have had to transfer a family member (after 5 days) because of negligence under high care after a head concussion following a terrible fall in the shower as a result of being highly sedated. The concussion was never checked by the nurses nor reported to the family. This place is not conducive for wellness and people with mental health challenges. The horror and shock I was exposed to in the wards…almost everyone in there was in zombie state. I would never recommend this facility.

Best service EVER
Yaseera, saved the day for our Christening following a shoddy service from another online supply. This is the lady who understands customer service, the value of integrity and taking advantage of a crisis! Thank you!!!!

Incorrect delivery and no response to e-mails
Had the most horrendous experience from Posh Baby Boutique's Debbie Becker. I ordered a grey stripped boys suit for my nephew's christening. What I received was a black suit instead. Upon realising the incorrect delivery, I immediately sent her an e-mail to try expedite the exchange to ensure we have the correct item on time. Despite numerous mails, to date she still has not responded, the christening taking place on Sunday. Have since been informed she knew there was no stock of the suit and did not have the courtesy to inform me but opted to send me what was in stock. I am not leaving it here!!! Be warned, Debbie has no concept of customer service and quiet frankly dishonest!
