Company PENCING. Had my new house with partial vibracrete walls and fence with tar poles installed. Had nothing but problems with multiple delays and empty promises. The installation was terrible and two years later I am still having problems. The installation was far below what you would expect from a professional company.
Please be aware, this company have no trained staff and their after sales service is terrible. We will never use them again and would like to warn others in the area to ge very, very careful of using them to fix any of your appliances.
Service delivery and follow up never happens. Poor customer service
Be very, very careful when buying online from this company, most items they do not have as advertised. I have now been waiting 7 months for a refund on an ordered item that they did not have. I am not sure I am ever going to get my money back (R1,200)???
I have sent this company multiple emails (about 50!!). I had cancelled an order and requested a refund which they agreed to. Had a response about a month ago (first response received after about 50 mails) saying this will be escalated to their financial department to process my refund. To date I have had no further feedback at all and have no idea what is going on with my refund, it appears all my mails go into a "black hole" and disappears??
BER VERY CAREFUL OF ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. MY ORDER PLACED COULD NOT BE DELIVERED FOR SOME REASON AND THE COMPANY INDICATED I WOULD GET A REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS. THIS WAS ABOUT TWO MONTHS AGO AND AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND DESPITE REPEATED WEEKLY REQUESTS FOR A STATUS OF MY REFUND AND WHEN IT CAN BE EXPECTED. I WOULD BE VERY WARY OF ORDERING ANTHING FROM THEM IN THE FUTURE......
Terrible experience, got a committed date after paying my deposit for solar installation three times, each time delays with limited feedback as to why there are delays then I was told by the owner that he can now only do my do installation 6 weeks later with no explanation as to why the sudden delay after expectations had been made installation was days away. Owner said if I was not prepared to wait I must find another installer with no explanation or apologies as to why this unexpected delay? I was now stuck with no power on a new build house having.still to wait for another 6 months to get ESKOM power. Only posting this review so others can be aware of having to face a similar terrible situation with this company with having no electricity and seemingly not concerned in the very least by the unexpected delay at the very last minute. I was very fortunate to get my deposit back.
The worst company's to order from EVER!!! After placing my order and PAYING FOR IT - THAT'S WHERE ALL COMMUNICATION STOPS EXCEPT FOR A SINGLE MAIL THAT INDICATES YOUR GOODS WILL BE SENT ASAP?????? I still have not received any feedback on my order or the items after about 20 email's. THEY NEVER EVER ANSWER YOUR PHONE CALLS!!!! THE WORST COMPANY TO ORDER FROM - I AM CONVINCED THIS IS A SCAM SITE WHY HAVE THEY NOT BEEN BLACK LISTED YET(???) TO PREVENT OTHERS FROM THESE TERRIBLE ONLINE PURCHASING EXPERIENCES FROM A COMPANY THAT OPERATES LIKE THIS?
HERM**** I have had wood delivered by a single person (Morne) for about 5 years and for the first time decided to count what was delivered as the price had increased substantially since my last delivery about six months ago. To my dismay I had 650 pieces delivered, I had ordered 1000 pieces. I am now not sure all if my previous deliveries were far less that what was ordered, which they probably were based on the loads delivered. I suggest, it's a hassle I know, but if you order wood count the pieces as they are now anything from R1 to R1.50 per piece.
Ordered one single bottle with 2 free bottles as originally advertised. Received notification the payment deducted from my account is R3,500. I was shocked. I immediately cancelled the order, 10 minutes after submitting the order only to be told the items had been shipped already!!!! How could this have been possible? Be very careful the CBD company is questionable with suspected false advertising?? After many complaint mails they now offer me a 50% discount, I now have to pay R1,500 still excessive for the one single bottle I had originally ordered. I am totally dissatisfied.
