Questionable Service
Please be aware, this company have no trained staff and their after sales service is terrible. We will never use them again and would like to warn others in the area to ge very, very careful of using them to fix any of your appliances.

I don't know why clientele took so long to pay my money. Becouse is very easy to scam people. And to took my money in my bank account without my permission

Fraudsters!
This is a scam company. My mom received a call from her bank to ask if she had signed a debit order to deduct R499 from her account. This is not true, she has never heard of this company and definitely did not authorise this money to go off her account. Please keep an eye on debit orders on your account people.

Bad Service
This Company did my DSTV Installation and it is not 3 months ago, so now I have signal problems from Wednesday and I have been contacting Vico eversince but he is just ignoring me and come up with all sorts of excuses. I even went as far as sending him messages on facebook. I am really dissapointed in the service because I can't watch anything.

Bad Service
This Company did my DSTV Installation and it is not 3 months ago, so now I have signal problems from Wednesday and I have been contacting Vico eversince but he is just ignoring me and come up with all sorts of excuses. These people debited my account without my consent , How dare you!!!! The first time I heard of you was on the 18th of December when one of your people called and said they have discount vouchers they needed to send to me, I refused and told the lady I wasn't comfortable with this. Desperate criminals yoooh!!!!!!

They call people, talk like machines confiing the person's detail before u can even ask where they got your banking details from they just tranfere yo call to the manager, the manager is like an IVR as well not listening to what ever question u asking talk talk talk then hung up. The next thing your account is debited, nxa!
