I wrote an review last month about them deducting my money without my permission and after that I cancelled both the policies and still they are deducting, I have send them an email on Saturday no progress called them with my last airtime and I ask Lungelo to call me back still nothing, because I ask them again to refund my money.
I took out a platinum funeral cover on the 12 of October and inform them to deduct the 1st payment end of this month, but they debited on the 25th on money that I was supposed to go to the the doctor and now because of them I lost my job and I am still waiting for the the refund. On the 25th I phoned them past 12 and ask for a refund they said it will take 24-48 working hours, up until now I am still waiting for my money. I would never recommend them to anyone because they like debit on their own dates without the customers approval.
I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH NEDBANK LADY GREY, MY CARD EXPIRED ON THE 31ST OF AUGUST TWO WEEKS BEFORE THAT TIME I WENT THEIR AT PAST 9 AND THEN THE LADY SAID BUT WHE CANNOT HELP ME BECAUSE THEY ARE OFFLINE. LAST WEEK FRIDAY I WENT AGAIN THEN THEY AAK ME IF I HAVE A PHONE THEN I SAID NO, JA BUT DONT I KNOW SOMEONE IN PAARL WHOSE PHONE I CAN USE, ( HOW CAN I USE SOMEONE ELSE PHONE FOR MY CONFIDENTIAL STUFF) THEN I REFUSED THEN SHE STARTED BUT MY WORRIES IS WHY ARE THEY FORCING CUSTOMERS TO GO DIGITAL BUT THEIR INTERNET SERVICE IS SOOOOOOOOO SLOW BECAUSE I WAS WAITING FOR 1 HOUR TO BE HELPED. JUST TO BE TOLD JA BUT THERE IS NO MONEY ON THE CARD AND I MUST PAY IN A R20 FIRST BEFORE SHE CAN HELP ME BUT IF YOUR CARD EXPIRES AND TO GET A NEW 1 IT IS FREE. THAT LADY EXPECTED ME TO GO HOME (KLAPMUTS) AND RETURN WITH THE MONEY IN ORDER FOR ME TO MAKE THE PAYMENT BEFORE I CAN GET THE CARD, I WASTED MY MONEY TTWICE WITHOUT ANY HELP. SHE LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT WANT TO HELP CUSTOMERS, AND NOW THERE IS MONEY ON THAT CARD OF WHICH I DONT KNOW HOW I WILL GET IT.
Good Day I bought a Lenovo laptop and printer for my work 4 months ago by this shop, so now the laptop and printer is faulty. I took it back last Friday now they dont want to refund my money or give me another laptop, they say I must wait for 3 weeks they are sending it for repairs but they dont understand I have to work and dont have a spair Laptop. Whole I was there busy with them another customer came with a faulty printer and demanded his money back and they give it to him but whh musg I be treated unfairly. Bad service because I am stressing about my work pilling up. Thank you
Would you please be so kind to put chairs outside for the patients that is waiting because they must sit on the floor whether you are pregnant, old or a mother with a baby. The service I have received today is very bad I am here from past 9 and still now only went for observation but nothing else. I am hungry but can't go and buy food to eat because I am not done. All the nurses had lunch so low the service is stopped, I don't understand.

Good Day I have a big complaint against Game Store in Paarl. I bought a Discovery Gazebo from them in 2018 but the reason for buying it was not for immediate use so by the time I open is the poles was sent so I took it back they exchanged it for a new 1 then few months after that I used it and it was broken so I took it back and they give my money, but then last year November I saw again they have a special so I decided to buy again because I wanted it but then from that time until September it was standing with not being used when I borrowed it for my sister then we saw it is broken so I took it back but the manager doesn't want to give my money back and they accuse me of lying that I never used it before only because the package is broken but they can see the sail is still perfectly fold. I want my money to buy a better quality somewhere else. Thank you
This Company did my DSTV Installation and it is not 3 months ago, so now I have signal problems from Wednesday and I have been contacting Vico eversince but he is just ignoring me and come up with all sorts of excuses. I even went as far as sending him messages on facebook. I am really dissapointed in the service because I can't watch anything.
