Big ****!!!!!!!
I just used the free trial to see if they have anything interesting, but there wasn't anything appealing, so I cancelled the free trial on time, it showed as cancelled and that they won't charge me, but they still debited my account!!!!

Appalling Customer Service!!!!
Ordered a carpet on the 23rd of August and to date I haven't received my order. I have called, sent several emails and the only response I've received is that the matter has been escalated and they are treating it as urgent..... the whole ****** month!!!

Expired goods
I recently bought juice for my 2 year old at Maggie's Spar in Mulbarton and it had expired 2 weeks ago. Only realized this when I gave her a second juice the next day, imagine if she was a sensitive child who gets sick easily. Can they also check the frozen yoghurt section, some expired months ago.

FRAUDSTERS
These people debited my account without my consent , How dare you!!!! The first time I heard of you was on the 18th of December when one of your people called and said they have discount vouchers they needed to send to me, I refused and told the lady I wasn't comfortable with this. Desperate criminals yoooh!!!!!!

GetBlack app... Load of RUBBISH!!!!!!
What a waste of my money on this Getblack app!!!!! I don't usually write reviews, but I'm really frustrated and angry. Bought getblack data, but when I try to buy or watch a movie, it gives me a dialogue box to enter the OTP "sent" to my phone, but no SMS came through. Day 2 now? what a disappointment!!! I was really hoping that cell c will prove us wrong about being labelled the worst network provider, but hey............. What should I do now with the 1GB of black data I bought for this app??? your app isn't working"AskSid" your bot, doesn't work.... Everything keeps freezing Come on Cell C, you got us all hyped up for what really!!! Yeeer!!!!! On the flip side, this app was a great idea....... Please try to fix these issues, you can't be advertising this app on prominent media vehicles and not deliver.
