I have been with MiWay for years they have never disappoint, they render excellent service and the consultants are so friendly and informative about the MiWay. I just spoke to Solomon Mokoka and he gave me a stellar service hes so friendly and he knows his story.
MiWay Insurance has been good to me since i joined them. Whenever I have something to contact them for I get them and they give a responsr on what im inquiring about. They are effective in responding to clients unlike other insurances that just makes a claming process a nightmare. I spoke to Nkele Molefe this morning and she gave me a stella service.
Since I have been with MiWay I get nothing but joy. This morning I was in communication with Ramasela, the lady gave me a the Stella service, thank you Rasela and MiWay

I'm so disgusted, I have made a purchase online, stupid me I used capitec to make a payment, knowing that I Can NOT trust capitec as I know scandals happening with this bank. Well to cut the story short, as I log in to my capitec bank app automatically "Capitec" sent me a notification that a beneficiary is been created I should accept, knowing that I am making a payment the I entered I accepted. Bare in mind I did Not punch in any banking details myself Capitec send me. Submitted the payment but the online store was still saying pending payment, but capitec confirms that the payment that I just made went through. Seening that the store is not receiving the money I called them and aske what happened, they confirmed that they did not receive any payment though they are able to see that I was in the process of making a payment as their system shows my details. I sent them the proof of payment and they advised that they do not know the baking details I used, they asked where sisi I get the details, and I explained that capited gave as I was making a payment to their store. The store uses Standard bank, the baking details I got from stupid capitec was Absa. I called several times until I get through capitec call Centre. The ticket was logged for me as I was told that they communication needs to between the banks as the payment went to Absa and I will be provided feedback, I waited a month without feedback, and I called back, the ticket was still open and the lady gave another red number, she also promised to call me back, or give the feedback. No one reached me and the after 5 months I called demanding feedback the lady told me that the query was rejected and it's an old query. She also gave me an incident number as she promised to check if the bank is bale to get information on the details of the person whom the money went to. Today I got an sms that "Good day, We unable to log payment on BankServe ? Information no longer on the system PQT ? payments to old. Thanks" It's not my problem that ist been long, because I have been waiting for feedback for long, I am the one calling them so something to happen. I need this money. I'm talking about R6199, so capitec is saying to me is should just let go on such amount. Capitec is responsible for all this, if they are really the best that they claim they are they would investigate this issue and get the fraudster that is within the company, what has happened here have everything to do with the inside person at capitec. This bank can not be trusted, it is full of fraudsters. Every time a person will go to the bank and have their acvoiut accessed then problems starts. I want my money. Capitec should listen to the calls as they claim that they are recorded, they should listen en hear that I waited because I was promised that I will get feedback, so I cannot be told that it's too long cos thats not my fault. I have started telling I'm colleagues and people I'm close to about the service the bank capitec has, I'm advising them to move their salaries to some other secure banks as one day they will wake up with 0 balance and capitec will tell them that they can't do anything about it. I want capitec to explain to me, why did I get the so called pop up message to accept the beneficiary and make a payment? If the bank is secure enough why did that happen? People should know about Capitec fraud, they should know.

They call people, talk like machines confiing the person's detail before u can even ask where they got your banking details from they just tranfere yo call to the manager, the manager is like an IVR as well not listening to what ever question u asking talk talk talk then hung up. The next thing your account is debited, nxa!
