Despite paying a monthly tech support fee I am not receiving any positive response to 5 emails that have been sent . I simply receive an automated response to wait for their feedback followed by another email which reads:- Please note that we have not received your response with regards to your query. As a result, we shall be closing this incident, which shall be re-opened should you need further assistance with the same query.
There should be no star in this rating! Service is below any rating Staff amazing but IT lets them down and turnaround time is non existent

How is MTN protecting my security when they ask me to email the following information to them to validate my 5th query (none of the others were responded to) regarding the expiry date of my contract? - surely a phone call to my dedicated MTN cell number would reduce risk to both MTN and myself of a contracted customer! Well done to Kummie at the Durban call centre - she got right what On the Dot and Clicks could not! She delivered outstanding customer service in a space of 3 minutes - On the Dot and Clicks have been given 48 hours and they still have not given feedback.

Best service ever - communication, even if it is not good news, is always a sign of excellent customer service. AMC made contact with me by calling me personally (not a generic email) to discuss my pending order before COVID lockdown. The matter of delivery was dealt with in a most professional manner and by mutual agreement it was decided that my order will remain in place with delivery taking place after lockdown.
Without prior consultation to customers takealot cancelled all orders that were already in progress prior to Covid lockdown. Payments have been credited to customer's takealot account (NOT refunded to credit card / debit card) - to do this customers have to make contact with takealot and wait over 45 minutes to be put through. Other online stores took a more prudent route by contacting clients to advise them that their orders would be honoured as soon as courier companies are back in operation. After to -and-fro emails I have also established that any items purchased on special / at discounted prices will NOT be honoured as a blanket decision was made to CANCEL all pending orders and not place them on hold until delivery is possible
