I was at the store on Monday when I got a quote from 1 of the employees for a Banner @ R155, when I called today to confirm the email address to send through my info, Wendy says the price is R235 for the same job. Her business ethics is pathetic just like her attitude...
I have been to this store over 10 times from the time I received my Sony cell phone in October 2014, I am unable to download. every time I went to the store all Mac did was change some settings and the phone worked once again. I work near the Marianhill toll, so for me to get there in time is highly unlikely. so I asked if Mac could explain what to do over the phone. Shannon who supposed to be providing a customer service is definitely not appropriate for the task and that goes for her manager Angelique as well as all they did was insist Mac cannot take a call and be rather difficult.
I called yesterday at 13.22pm requesting for a sim swop to be done. when I upgraded my contract I was not notified that I needed to get this done at a Vodacom store at a cost. all I was told was to purchase a contract micro sim. when I called Vodacom to get this done the consultant told me a pre-paid sim was sold to me and I need to purchase a contract sim. so I go ahead and purchase that. then I called Vodacom again yesterday to go ahead and do the swop the consultant says to me because I didn't purchase the sim with the phone he cannot do the swop !!!!!<br> <br> I asked to speak to his manager, he said his manager will call me back, its now 8.36am the next day and still no call ????<br> <br> the experiences with this service provider is becoming pathetic
