20 Mar 2024 at 15:38 After Sale Services Good day I hava a Vodacom contract on a Hisense H50S 5G that will be upgradeble in March 2025. Someone from Vodacom telephonically did this contrack for me, where I received a Sports watch, and was promised one free screen repair. I took my phone to a Vodacare shop in Carletonville Feb '24 because the screen has cracked due to a fall. On 07 March'24 I got a reply saying that the screen repair will be R2707.86, after I've queried this it was send to a "Higher Level Vodacom Repair". On 18 March'24 they rep**** saying that the screen repair was only valid for one year and that my phone is now in the second year of warranty and they send it back to me on 20 March'24. I want to know where the actual telephonic recording is where Vodacom offered me the contract as there were never mentioned that the screen replacement was valid for the first year only. I need answers please. Reply (2) Vodacom’s reply 21 Mar 2024 at 07:56 Dear Customer, Thank you for making us aware of your complaint. Track no XXWOT0000143211YQ Track718 introduce themselves as a courier service that lets you believe in them by tracking your parcell daily, then it tells you that it has been delivered to a postal box. After quering the delivery they tell you to contact your seller as the delivery took place. Is there anyone else with the same experience, I don't know how to get my money back? Regards, Ria
