National Consumer Database Sharing information *******ly
I am called over 100 times by different companies every day, literally every 10 mins there is a call. I have never given my numbers to anyone, none of those companies, and I hardly know what this NCDB is, and how the hell they maage to get my information and share it with literally every **** and tom!!!! Kanti what is POPI Act for?????

Fraud, stealing of information, invading of privacy
Good day. So i have been receiving daily calls now telemarketers. All of them indicate they found my no on National consumer data base witch they pay for. These telemarketers have my phone no, full name and surname, even id no. Who gave this compaby the tight to give out my information. As a matter of fact where did they get my information. Fraud is what this is. I never register with National consumer data base. How in the world would they want me to register to deregister my no. What kind of games and fraud are these people busy with. If they sell my information why dont i get paid for it as well? This is ivading of my privacy and personal information. Where did they steal information from? I want to sue this company. How do i go about?

Not complying to the POPI ACT
Giving out my number to companies that continue calling me I want to know how and where they get my information and ask them to stop using my personal information since I never gave them authorization to do so

Could you please tell me how it works that any party can get ones telephone number from the SA Consumer Database. Calls for policy's, funeral, debt counsellors, applying for loans ect ect calls you at the most inconvenient times??<br> <br> Is that not each individuel privicy.
