Racial service we were all standing in a que for long then a afican staff member served afican clients which were also behind people in the que first before other clients standing in the same que for longer then them at around 14h00 at rant en dal superspar sad to see how major companies are revealing such disgusting service provision
Took them 3 weeks to install my line once it was installed I informed the support person that I do not have funds and won't be able to pay until the first they then charged me prorata and suspended my service and are unwilling to unsuspend my service so now I have to pay an additional 7days which I cannot use the service even though I made payment arrangements in the beginning of the month since by the time they installed I did not have the funds to make payment they are unreliable they take their time in your urgency and if you looking for a service provider that will provide a service do not use them
Pathetic provider cannot allocate to correct ISP been having consistent issues. causing unnecessary delay!!!!
I have been waiting for 10 days now after calling twice asking when my service will be ready to use Vuma has installed my fiber line yet I'm still waiting for VOX to do anything. i was promised 3 days ago that an urgent request has been sent and that it will be taken care of in the next two days and then today i was promised the same thing all they need to do is come here give me the router and activate my service.
Completely useless provider!!! They will tell you you don't get charged for delivery of the router the free to use router or installation then after two days they will invoice you for the installation and the router then when you struggle getting in-touch for almost 4 days to complain and decide to cancel they will tell you they will still charge you for the apparent free services if something happens you will wait an estimate of 4 days for feedback if you need urgency this company is a no go if you need Honesty this company is a no go if you need service this company is a no go I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemies they are the most useless and pathetic company that exists!!!
Good day, You know just cancel the fiber because clearly Web-Africa is not altogether you do not sort out client queries you do not inform your departments on procedures this is the second time now I am suppose to pay for your mistakes!!! 1 your sales department clearly told me I will not pay double for the added fiber service since i will only pay prorata for fiber and prorata for lte this will count as one payment. I agreed to this (if this is the case if not I do not want the fiber.) 2 Then you tell me no thats not how it works I already paid for LTE full month on the 16th I have to pay for Fiber full month and then I get Invoiced again for Fiber full month and that the sales team where not clearly instructed is this my problem!!! thats 3 payments for what??? 3 You do not get back to me on my support tickets you just log it as closed yet its not resolved!!!
Since 02 December 2018 I have been logging various support tickets Noone is responding no one is sorting anything out I have wasted R60 airtime and get cut off before I get to speak to anyone no one is getting back to me I have paid R1060 for a service I did not receive I am fed up and want an explanation regarding this I will never again recommend anyone to this company completely useless!!! They don't sort out network speed they don't sort out connectivity issues sometimes you are cut off for 5 hours without internet no email regarding maintenance nothing this happened about 8 times in November alone they don't respond on account queries I have asked for them to invoice me and not debit my account several times and then they just start debiting my account without authorisation and if the debit fails they suspend your service and you have to wait for someone to get back to you I am tired of this now!!!!
Giving out my number to companies that continue calling me I want to know how and where they get my information and ask them to stop using my personal information since I never gave them authorization to do so
